Food was nice and hot when it was delivered. Generous portions. Lemon chicken, fried rice and beef and broccoli were excellent. Sweet and sour pork was disappointing (fatty and grissley). And chicken chow main was tasteless.

Food was... adequate... wasn't terrible... wasn't great. We've been going to Golden Pearl for many years and have found the food slowly getting less and less impressive. Beef and snow peas in black bean sauce was really, more like steamed snow peas with a couple of beef cuts thrown in and the black bean sauce was almost non existent... was really just brown water.
We like Golden Pearl, and we're commenting here in the hopes of improving the restaurant back to the way it used to be. Cheers.

40 bucks for two small dishes? Nothing special. Food was ok, nothing to write home about. Prices are just the sign of the times I guess. But the servings have definitely gotten smaller.
